Gordon kumbinsidong may bayaran sa GCTA law

Naniniwala si Senator Richard Gordon na totoong may bentahan o bayaran sa isyu ng good conduct time allowance (GCTA) sa Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).

Kumpyansa ang senador na ganito ang kalakaran lalo nasa mga may kayang convict o inmate sa New Bilibid Prison sa Muntinlupa.

“My point here is may bayaran. I’m convinced na may bayaran or in fact, my own view…this is part of a diabolical plot,” ani Gordon.

Sinabi ito ni Gordon sa pagdinig ng Senado araw ng Huwebes matapos gisahin si BuCor Director Maria Fe Marquez kaugnay ng mga kontrabando sa NBP gaya ng cellphone.

“Kung may pera ka ba mauna ka? Kung may pera ka ba, may lagayan ba diyan para mauna? May lagayan sa (pagpasok ng) cellphone…May lagayan sa TV,” dagdag ng senador.

Pinuna rin nito ang hitsura ni dating Calauan, Laguna Mayor Antonio Sanchez na anyay parang hindi preso.

“The picture itself speaks na talagang there is no law.”
