Sinabihan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na sumuko ang mga convicts na napalaya sa ilalim ng batas ukol sa good conduct.

Binigyan ng pangulo ang mga convicts ng 15 araw para sa gagawing re-computation at imbestigasyon kaugnay ng kanilang paglaya.

Kapag hindi anya sumuko ay ituturing ang mga ito na fugitive o wanted na mga kriminal.
