Sinuway umano ni dating Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon ang utos ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kaya ito nasibak sa pwesto.

Ayon sa pangulo, ipinaalam sa kanya ni Senator Bong Go ang problema sa pagpapalaya ng mga convicts.

Nalaman ng pangulo na high-profile convicts ang mga napalaya kabilang ang mga sangkot sa Chiong rape-slay at ang naudlot na paglaya ni dating Calauan, Laguna Mayor Antonio Sanchez.
