Ipinaliwanag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang dahilan ng pagsibak kay dating Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon.

Nais din ng pangulo na imbestigahan ng Office of the Ombudsman ang isyu.

Paliwanag ng pangulo, maaaring nagkaroon ng maling interpretasyon sa batas ukol sa good conduct ng mga convicts.
