Idineklarang holiday ng Malakanyang ang September 21 sa bayan ng San Mateo sa Rizal.

Sa proclamation number 804 na nilagdaan ni Executive Sec. Salvador Medialdea, ang nasabing petsa na pumatak araw ng Sabado ay special non-working holiday sa lugar.

Ito ay bilang paggunita sa ika-448 founding anniversary ng munisipalidad.

May mga aktibidad na gaganapin sa San Mateo, Rizal para sa nasabing petsa.
