– Angeles City, Pampanga
Maliban sa bagyong Liwayway na nagpapaulan sa Apayao, Cagayan at Batanes, sinabi ng PAGASA na ang Habagat ay maghahatid ng kalat-kalat na mahina hanggang katamtaman at kung minsan ay malakas na buhos ng ulan sa Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Panay Island, Guimaras, at nalalabing bahagi ng Cordillera Administrative Region.
