Escudero, umaasam ng patas na desisyon mula sa SC para kay Poe

Umaasa si Senador Francis Escudero na maigaganti ng Korte Suprema si Senadora Grace Poe laban sa aniya’y ‘bullying’ ng Commission on Elections o Comelec, sa nakatakdang oral arguments sa mga petisyon ng Presidential aspirant sa January 19.

Ayon kay Escudero, ang Comelec ay malinaw aniya na nakagawa ng ‘grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction’ nang i-diskwalipika nito si Poe sa pagkatakbo sa 2016 Presidential race, sa dalawang magkahiwalay na pasya.

Banat ni Escudero, ka-tandem ni Poe sa halalan, kung hindi raw bullying o harassment ang ginawa ng Comelec, hindi na raw niya alam kung ano ang tawag doon.

Inakusahan pa ng vice presidential aspirant ang Comelec na nagta-trabaho ‘overtime’ para tuluyang ma-disqualify si Poe.

Inihalimbawa nito ang En Banc na dinisqualify si Poe dalawang araw bago ang Pasko.

Naniniwala naman ang Senador na ang pag-iisyu ng dalawang temporary restraining order o TRO ng Supreme Court na pumapabor kay Poe ay patunay na ang Kataas-taasang Hukuman at ‘just at impartial.’
