Nilagdaan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang bagong batas na nagpapalawig pa ng 25 taong prangkisa ng Magnum Air Incorporated na nag-ooperate sa Skyjet Airlines.
Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 11410, nakapagsasagawa ng operasyon ang Magnum Air ng local at international flights.
Taong 2012 pa nagsimula ang regular commercial operations ng Skyjet at may biyaheng Manila to Batanes, Manila to Palawan at iba pa.
Nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte ang bagong batas noong August 22, 2019 subalit ngayon lamang ipinamahagi sa media.
