Siniguro ng Department of Public Works and Highways na walang pork barrel at parking funds sa ilalim ng panukalang
P534.3B na pondo ng ahensya sa susunod na taon.
Sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Appropriations sa panukalang budget ng ahensya, sinabi ni Public Works and
Highways Sec. Mark Villar na hindi nila pinapayagan ang anumang budget insertions.
Ito anya ay base na rin sa anti-corruption drive ng administrasyong Duterte.
Ipinagmalaki rin nito na sa loob ng tatlong taon, 18 na mga kontraktor ang na-blacklist ng ahensya.
Sa panukalang pondo sa susunod na taon nasa ikalawa ang DPWH na may mataas na alokasyon sunod sa sektor ng edukasyon.
Magugunita na nadelay ang pag apruba ng 2019 budget dahil sa mga nadiskubreng insertions sa DPWH.
