Civilian government employees may umento sa sahod hanggang 2022

Asahan ng civilian government workers ang taunang taas sweldo hanggang sa pagtatapos ng termino ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa 2022.

Inihayag ni Acting Budget Secretary Wendel Avisado araw ng Biyernes na ang umento ay sa ilalim ng panukalang Salary Standardization Law (SSL) 5.

Ayon sa kalihim, ang hakbang ay nakapaloob sa tatlong taon simula sa susunod na taon.

“It is programmed for three years starting 2020, thus the corresponding funding requirements must be included in the annual national expenditure program (NEP),” sinabi ni Avisado sa Inquirer.

Unang sinabi ni Avisado na P31.1 bilyon ang magiging pondo sa panukalang SSL 5.

Ito anya ay nakapaloob sa miscellaneous personnel benefits funds ng panukalang P4.1 trilyon na 2020 national budget.

Unang sinabi ng DBM Secretary na dapat ay sakop ng batas ang taas sahod ng mga nagtatrabaho sa gobyerno kaya magsusumite ang ahensya ng naturang panukalang batas sa Kamara sa susunod na buwan.
