Bubusisiin sa Senado ang batas na nagpapababa sa sentensya ng mga nahatulan sa krimen.

Naghain si Senate President Tito Sotto III ng panuklaang batas na layong maamyendahan ang Good Conduct Time Allowance o GCTA sa mga bilanggo.
