Ibinahagi ni Senador Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa ang tila pagbabago sa pagkatao ni convicted rapist-murderer na si Antonio Sanchez.
Ani dela Rosa, nakikitang nakabestida at naka-make up sa loob ng New Bilibid Prison.
Noong siya pa ang namumuno sa Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), wala naman aniyang napaulat na mayroong masamang ginawa si sanchez.
