Isang taon nang delayed ang Total Electrification Strategy Plan na ipinasusumite ng Senado sa Department of Energy (DOE).
Ayon kay Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, pinuno ng Committee on Energy sa Senado, bibigyan niya ng isa pang pagkakataon ang DOE para maisumite ang plano.
