Naiuwi ng Klyza Castro ng Davao City ang titulong Mutya Pilipinas 2019 Asia Pacific International sa katatapos na coronation night Linggo ng gabi.

Ginanap ang koronasyon sa Mall of Asia Arena sa Pasay City.

Wagi naman si April Short ng Zamboanga City bilang Mutya Pilipinas World Top Model.

Habang si Tyra Rae Goldman ng Nevada ang nanalo bilang Miss Tourism International.

Si Louise Janica Arroyo An ng California ang nakakuha ng titulong Mutya Pilipinas Overseas Communities.

At runners-up naman sina Cyrille Payumo ng Pampanga (1st runner-up) at Maxinne Nicole Rangel ng Batangas (2nd runner-up).
