P146M halaga ng marijuana plants sinunog sa Kalinga

Sinunog ang mahigit-kumulang 700,000 na marijuana plants at 25 kilo ng pinatuyong dahon ng marijuana sa Kalinga.

Magkatuwang sa operasyon ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera at Philippine National Police (PNP).

Nakuha ang mga kontrabando sa ikinasang tatlong araw na operasyon sa nasabing probinsya.

Nagkakahalaga ang mga nasabat na marijuana ng P146.6 milyon.

Samantala, naaresto naman ang dalawang katao na lulan ng dumaang bus sa checkpoint sa Mountain Province.

Nakuhanan ang dalawa ng 13 kilo ng pinatuyong dahon ng marijuana na nagkakahalaga ng P1.3 milyon.
