Dahil sa panibagong insidente ng diskriminasyon sa isang miyembro ng LGBTQ Community muling igniit ni Sen. Risa Hontiveros ang panukalang batas na magpoprotekta sa karapatan ng mga LGBTQ+.

Ayon kay Hontiveros kailangan na talagang maipasa ang SOGIE Bill.
