Batas na lilikha sa Philippine Coast Guard General Hospital nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte
Nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang batas na lilikha ng ospital para sa mga tauhan at empleyado ng Philippine Coast Guard at kanilang dependents.
Ganap nang batas ang Republic Act 11372 o ang Philippine Coast Guard General Hospital Act.
Nakasaad sa batas na ang ospital ay itatayo sa coast Guard Base sa Taguig City.
Ayon sa batas, ang mga dependent ay kabibilangan ng lehitimong asawa at hidni dapat coast guard personnel o employee, legitimate, illegitimate o legally adopted na anak na edad 21 pababa; anak ng PCG personnel at employees na higit 21 anyos na incapacitated o may mental, physical o iba pang disability; magulang na nakadepende sa PCG personnel o employee.
Ang commandant ng PCG ang magsisilbing administrador ng PCG General Hospital.
