Ito ay dahil pa rin sa inaasahang mga pag-ulan dulot ng southwest monsoon o Habagat.
Abra – all levels (public and private)
Benguet (buong lalawigan) – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
– Itogon, Benguet – all levels (public and private)
– Baguio, City – all levels (public and private)
