Tinanggap ni Police Major General Guillermo Eleazar ang parangal ng pagkilala sa National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) bilang Best Police Regional Office ngayong taon.
Iginawad ang nasabing parangal sa ika-118 na Police Service Anniversary ng Philippine National Police (PNP) araw ng Biyernes sa Camp Crame.
Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang nasabing aktibidad, kasama sina Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año at PNP Chief General Oscar Albayalde.
Ang parangal ay bilang pagkilala sa kontribusyon ng NCRPO sa police service sa Metro Manila.
Bukod sa trophy ay tumanggap din si Eleazar ng ilang regalo mula sa Pangulo.
Samantala, binigyan din ng parangal ang iba pang opisyal at miyembro ng PNP bilang pagkilala sa kanilang naiambag sa kani-kanilang police units.
