May bwelta ang mga respondent ng inihaing kasong sedition ng Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) ukol sa “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos.
Sa isinagawang preliminary investigation sa Department of Justice (DOJ), kinuwestiyon ang partisipasyon ng Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) sa kaso.
