Comelec tiniyak na hindi ititigil ang imbestigasyon sa mga sablay na VCM at SD cards
Tuloy pa rin ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa mga pumalyang election material sa nagdaang 2019 midterm elections.
Sa isang press briefing, sinabi ni Comelec spokesman James Jimenez na patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon kung responsable ba sa pagpalya ng ilang vote counting machine (VCM), SD card at marking pen ang mga supplier nito.
Posible aniyang maalis ang ilang supplier sa listahan ng mga bidder para sa 2022 presidential elections depende sa magiging resulta ng imbestigasyon.
Matatandaang umabot sa 1,253 na SD card at 961 na VCM ang pumalya noong May 13 elections.
