Case build-up sa pagpatay sa vice chairman ng Partido ng Mangagawa sa Cavite iniutos ng DOJ
Inatasan ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra ang mga piskal sa Department of Justice (DOJ) na magsagawa ng masusing imbestigasyon at case build-up sa pagpatay kay Dennis Sequena na vice chairman ng Partido Manggagawa.
Sinabi ni DOJ spokesman, Undersecretary Markk Perete na bumubo na si Secretary Guevarra ng Special Investigating Team para sa tumutok sa pagpatay kay Sequena.
Ang vice chairman ng Partido Manggagawa ay binaril ng riding-in-tandem noong June 2 sa Tanza Cavite.
Sa ilalim ng administrative order number 35, naatasan ang DOJ at iba pang ahensya na imbestigahan ang pamamaslang sa mga miembro ng mga progresibong grupo.
