Ms. Montenegro foundation, humingi na ng sorry kay Ms. Universe
Pormal nang humingi ng paumanhin ang Miss Universe Montenegro organization kay 2015 Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach dahil sa insidente noong coronation night.
Matatandaang kumalat ang isang cellphone video na kuha noong coronation night kung saan makikita na tila pinapalayo ni Ms. Montenegro si Wutzbach na nagtatangkang lumapit kay Ms. Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez.
Naging emosyonal noon si Gutierrez makaraang alisin sa kanyang ulo ang korona nang magkamali ang host sa pagbanggit kung sino ang nanalo bilang Miss Universe.
Sa mensahe ng organization sa kanilang opisyal na Facebook page, inihayag dito ang paghingi nila ng paumanhin sa ‘hindi sinasadya’ o ‘unintentional, na reaksyon ni Ms. Montenegro Maja Cukic.
Dahil aniya sa mga technical error noong December 20, naging matindi ang stress sa lahat ng mga kandidata, partikular kina Miss Colombia at Philippines.
“Congratulations on Pia Wurtzbach title of Miss Universe 2015. The girl is beautiful, worthy to bear the title of most beautiful girl and with her behavior and beauty to be an example for all girls around the world,” ayon sa kanilang FB statement.
“We are sorry that a technical error that occurred in the live program caused unpleasant comments at the expense of her title. The whole misunderstanding had stressful affect all contestants, especially to Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines. We apologize to the fans and organizers of the Miss Philippines due to unintentional gesture of our representative, Miss Montenegro.” Dagdag pa ng Miss Montenegro organization.
