Hirap ang ilang mga Pilipino na makakuha ng libreng serbisyong pagkalusugan.

Ayon sa isang grupo ng mga health workers, dapat na gawing prayoridad ang mga health center, ospital, mga gamot at sweldo ng mga manggagawa sa sektor ng kalusugan.
