Ibinunyag ni Senator Panfilo Lacson ang umanoy modus sa paggamit ng pondo ng PhilHealth at ang conflict of interest sa panig ni Health Secretary Francisco Duque III.

Ayon sa Senador, naging hamon sa kanya ang sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte sa SONA na mag-expose ng katiwalian sa gobyerno.
