Health Secretary Duque hindi pagbabakasyunin ni Pangulong Duterte kahit na nasasangkot sa korapsyon
Walang balak si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na pagbakasyunin muna si Health secretary Francisco Duque III.
Ito ay kahit na binabalak ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee na imbestigahan si Duque dahil sa pagkakakuha ng kontrata ng kanyang pharmaceutical firm sa suplay ng gamot sa DOH.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, hahayaan lamang ng palasyo na imbestigahan ng senado si Duque.
Ayon kay Panelo, nakasaad sa konstitusyon na habang wala pa ang resulta ng imbestigasyon, mayroon pang presumption of innocence si Duque.
Una rito, sinabi ni Panelo na buo pa ang trust at confidence ni Pangulong Duterte kay Duque.
