Katuwang din ang NCRPO sa pagsiguro sa kaayusan at kalinisan ng mga kalye sa Metro Manila.

Sa katunayan may utos ni NCRPO Chief Police Major General Guillermo Eleazar sa mga PCP Commander na tiyakin na hindi nakakasagabal sa kalsada ang kanilang mga tanggapan katulad ng mga police outposts.
