Mosyon na humihiling na bawiin ang kanilang pagiging abogado sa mga petisyuner sa WPS hindi muna inaksiyunan ng Supreme Court

Hindi muna inaksyunan ng Supreme Court En Banc ang motion to withdraw as counsel para sa dalawampung petitioner na inihain nina Atty. Chel Diokno, Atty. Andre Palacios at Atty. Gil Anthony Aquino sa kaso ng West Philippine Sea.

Ayon sa Supreme Court Public Information Office, nais ng Korte Suprema na subukan muli ng mga abugado na makipag-ugnayan sa kanilang kliyente.

Pinagsusumite rin sila ng korte ng patunay na may actual knowledge ang dalawampung iba pang kliyente sa nilalaman ng petisyon.

Nais din ng korte na magbigay sila ng legal justification na maaring mapagbigyan habang maiiwan namang walang abugado ang karamihan sa mga petitioner.

Pitong araw ang ibinigay kina Diokno para tumalima sa utos ng korte.
