Naaresto na ng pulisya ang No. 4 most wanted ng Batangas sa Brgy. Evangelista sa Baras Rizal sa bayan ng Lobo.
Ayon sa Batangas PNP, ang arestadong suspek ay si Bernabe Loctoc alyas Abe, 48 anyos.
Nahuli si Loctoc sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng RTC Branch 87 sa Rosario, Batangas para sa kasong frustrated murder at carnapping.
Ayon sa pulisya, isang concerned citizen ang nagsumbong sa kinaroroonan ng suspek kaya natunton ito.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng pulisya ang suspek habang pinoproseso ang isasampang kaso laban dito.
