‘Grand Conspiracy’, malalaking tao nasa likod ng korupsiyon sa PCSO—Duterte

May nagaganap na grand conspiracy sa lahat ng mga players at participants ng gaming operations sa Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo na masyadong malawak ang korupsyon sa PCSO dahilan para ipasara ng pangulo ang gaming operations.

Dinadaya aniya ng mga players ang gobyerno at hindi nagbibigay ng karapat dapat na share mula sa kita ng gaming operations.

Aabot aniya sa 60 hanggang 70 percent ng share ang nawawala sa gobyero.

Katwiran ng pangulo kung maliit lang aniya ang kita ng gobyerno mas makabubuting isara na lamang ang PCSO dahil may iba pa namang magapkukunan ng pondo ang pamahalaan gaya ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) at discretionary fund ng Office of the President.
