Ban sa PCSO, posibleng pansamantala lang—Justice Secretary Guevarra
Ikinagulat umano ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guervarra ang desisyon ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pagsuspende sa operation ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
Ayon kay Guervarra, maaaring pansamantala lamang ang naturang ban.
Sinabi rin ng kalihim na may direktang kapangyarihan ng pangulo na ipatigil ang operasyon ng naturang ahensya dahil nasa ilalim ito ng Office of the President.
Aniya, maghintay na lamang sa magiging desisyon kung uutusan ng Department of Justice na imbestigahan ang sinasabing kurapsyon sa loob ng PCSO.
