Naghain ng panukalang batas si Senator Imee Marcos na alternatibo para sa panukalang ibalik ang ROTC sa mga senior high school students.

Ayon kay Marcos dapat kasi may opsyon ang mga mag-aaral na ayaw mag-ROTC.
