PNP-CIDG binigyan ng 24-hour deadline sa sedition case vs Robredo, 35 na iba pa

Mayroong 24 oras na deadline ang Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) para kumpletuhin ang impormasyon sa sedition case laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo at 35 na iba pa.

Partikular na dapat alamin ng PNP-CIDG ang mga address ng lahat ng kinasuhan kaugnay ng “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos.

Ayon kay Justice Undersecretary and Department of Justice (DOJ) Spokesperson Markk Perete, napuna ng panel of prosecutors na hindi nakalagay sa inihaing reklamo ang kumpletong address ng mga respondents.

“The Panel noted that the complaint filed before it does not state respondents’ complete addresses. The missing information has made it difficult for the Panel to cause service of the subpoena to respondents,” ani Perete.

Bukod kay Robredo, kasama sa asunto ang mga kandidato ng Otso Diretso liban kay dating Senador Mar Roxas, ilang lider ng Simbahang Katolika, human rights lawyers at iba pang personalidad.

Pinagbasehan ng PNP-CIDG sa reklamo laban kay Robredo ang affidavit ng nagpakilalang si Bikoy na si Peter Joemel Advincula.
