Duty free sa importation ng capital equipment, spare parts pinalawig pa ni pangulong duterte ng tatlong taon

Pinalawig pa ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng tatlong taon ang duty free sa importation ng capital equipment, spare parts, at mga accessories na nakarehistro sa Board of Investments.

Base sa Executive Order (EO) 85 na nilagdaan noong July 19, makatutulong ang zero percent duty importation para makaakit ang pilipinas ng mga mamumuhunan at maging investment destination.

Umaasa rin ang pangulo na lalakas pa ang industry competitiveness sa bansa.

Nilagdaan ng pangulo ang EO 85 matapos mag expire ang EO 57 noong July na nagbibigay ng duty free status sa naturang mga produkto ng isang taon.
