Registration ng 836 lending companies, binawi ng Securities and Exchange Commission

Tinanggal ng Securities and Exchange Commission ang registration ng 836 lending companies na walang lisensya at kaukulang papeles.

Kasunod ito ng kampanya ng komisyon na sugpuin ang lumaganap na isyu ng illegal lending.

Ayon sa SEC Corporate Governance and Finance Department, nabawi ang registration ng mga pinakahuling kumpanyang nagparehistro bilang lending company ngunit hindi kumuha ng Certificate of Authority (CA).

Matatanggalan na ang daan-daang kumpanya sa bisa ng resolusyon na inilabas ng Commission En Banc noong July 4.
