LTFRB pinagpapaliwanag ng Anti-Red Tape Authority sa pagkakabinbin ng permit para sa mga TNVS
Pinagpapaliwanag ng Anti-Red Tape Authority ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) sa nangyayaring delay sa pagproseso ng permits para sa transport network vehicle services (TNVS).
Binigyan lang ng tatlong araw si LTFRB Chair Martin Delgra para ipaliwalag ang delay.
Ayon kayk ARTA Director General Jeremiah Belgica, kapag nabigo si Delgra na magpaliwanag ay paglabag ito sa isinusulong ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na masawata ang red tape sa gobyerno.
Aalamin din ng ARTA ang posibleng pagkakaroon ng corrupt practices sa LTFRB.
Aabot sa 30,000 na ride-sharing cars ang hindi nakabiyahe at nagprotesta sa LTFRB dahil hindi sila makakuha ng permit.
