Dumating na si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Batasan Pambansa Complex sa Quezon City para sa kaniyang ikaapat na State of the Nation Address (SONA).
Sakay ng private helicopter, dumating ang pangulo bandang 4:56 ng hapon.
Unang itinakda na sisimulan ang ikaapat na SONA bandang 4:00 ng hapon.
Inaasahang babasahin ng pangulo ang kaniyang 19-pahinang talumpati na tatagal ng 40 hanggang 45 minuto.
