DOJ bumuo na ng 3-man panel para hawakan ang kasong isinampa vs VP Leni Robredo at iba pa
Bumuo na ng 3-man panel ang Department of Justice (DOJ) na hahawak sa kasong kriminal na inihan ng PNP-CIDG laban kay Vice President Leni Robredo at maraming iba pa.
Ang panel ay binubuo nina Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Olivia L. Torrevillas at Assistant State Prosecutors Michael John M. Humarang at Gino Paolo S. Santiago.
Ang reklamo ay kaugnay sa serye ng video na “Ang Totoong Narcolist” na nagsasangkot kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at kaniyang pamilya sa illegal drug trade.
Ayon kay Guevarra magiging patas at impartial ang imbestigasyon.
Sinabi ni Guevarra na bubusiin ang mga ebidensyang isinumite ng PNP-CIDG.
Sa sandaling makitaan ng probable cause ang reklamo ay isusulong sa korte ang kaso.
