Kaso laban sa 7 opisyal ng military at pulisya kaugnay sa “Morong 43” ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan
Ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan 7th Division ang kaso laban sa pitong mga opisyal ng militar at pulisya kaugnay sa kasong may kinalaman sa Morong 43.
Sa naging desisyon ng anti-graft court, sinabi nito na walang sapat na ebidensya na magsasabing guilty beyond reasonable doubt ang mga akusado.
Kabilang sa mga kinasuhan dahil sa sinasabing pag-torture at illegal detention sa mga health workers sina
retired Lt. Gen. Jorge Segovia, retired Maj. Gen. Aurelio Baladad, Brig. Gen. Joselito Reyes, Col. Cristobal Zaragoza, Police Supt. Marion Balonglong, Police Supt. Allan Nobleza, at Army Major Jovily Cabading.
Inaresto ang “Morong 43” na inakusahang mga miyembro ng New Peoples Army (NPA) sa Morong, Rizal noong taong 2010.
