Tiniyak ng mga militanteng grupo na magiging payapa ang idaraos nilang protesta kasabay ng State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa July 22.

Nagkasundo ang mga raliyista at pulisya kung hanggang saan lamang ang kanilang aktibidad at ang pagpapanatili sa daloy ng trapiko.
