Niyanig ng magnitude 3.1 na lindol ang bahagi ng Negros Occidental alas-12:09 Lunes ng madaling araw, July 15.
Ayon sa Phivolcs, ang episentro ng lindol ay sa layong 18 kilometro Hilagang-Kanluran ng Sipalay, Negros Occidental.
May lalim itong 24 kilometro at tectonic ang pinagmulan.
Hindi naman nagdulot ng pinsala sa mga ari-arian ang pagyanig at wala ring inaasahang aftershocks.
