WATCH: Reenactment nina Sharon Cuneta at Cherie Gil sa sikat na ‘copycat’ scene

‘Mission accomplished’.

Ito ang nasabi ni Cherie Gil sa labis na kasiyahan matapos muling ma-reenact ang sikat na sikat at hindi makalilimutang ‘copycat’ scene kasama ang kanyang original co-star na si Sharon Cuneta.

Ang nasabing eksena ay bahagi ng pelikulang ‘Bituing Walang Ningning’ taong 1985.

Si Gil ay si Lavinia, ang kontrabida habang si Cuneta ay si Dorina.

Sa isang Instagram post araw ng Linggo, ibinahagi ni Gil ang reenactment nila ni Cuneta ng nasabing eksena ngunit ito ay may twist.

Nagpalit ng karakter ang dalawa kung saan si Cuneta ay umarteng si Lavinia at nagsabi ng famous line na ‘second-rate, trying hard, copycat’ at nagtapon kunwari ng alak kay Dorina na ginampanan ngayon ni Gil.

Sa loob ng tatlong dekada ay hindi nakalimutan ang eksena ng dalawa at patuloy na ginagaya.

Sa kanyang post, nagpasalamat din si Gil kay Cuneta sa pagiging napakamabuting kaibigan nito at sa pagiging palaging ‘game’ sa mga bagay.
