Guidelines para sa ‘First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act,’ inilabas na

Para mapakinabangan na, inilabas na ng Labor Department ang ang guidelines para sa ‘First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act.’

Sinabi ni Secretary Silvestre Bello III na hindi lang ang fresh college graduates ang makikinabang sa bagong batas kundi maging ang mga nagtapos sa technical-vocational course at K-12 program at ang mga nais maging working student.

Ayon kay Bello, sa mga nais mapakinabangan ang batas ay kinakailangang kumuha ng barangay certification, kung saan nakasaad na siya ay first time jobseeker at residente ng barangay sa nakalipas na anim na buwan.

May bisa ang sertipikasyon ng isang taon simula sa petsa ng ito ay inisyu.

Kabilang naman sa mga dokumento na libre nilang makukuha sa unang pagkakataon ay police clearance, NBI clearance, medical certificate mula sa isang government hospital, birth at marriage certificates, transcript of records at taxpayers identification number.

Gayundin ang certificate of eligibility mula sa Civil Service Commission, Philhealth ID, POEA certificates, mayor’s clearance, prosecutor’s clearance, court clearances, MARINA certificates, at TESDA certificates.

Samantala, dahil sa naturang batas, tinataya na aabot sa P3 bilyon ang mawawalang kita sa gobyerno.
