Itinanggi ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na mayroong pinirmahalng memorandum si Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea ukol sa ‘no contact apprehension’ para sa mga Transport Network Vehicle Services (TNVS) driver at operator.
Sa inilabas na pahayag, inabisuhan ni Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo ang publiko na peke ang dokumento partikular ang Memorandum No. 636.
Kumalat ang pekeng dokumento sa isang grupo ng mga TNVS driver at operator na nagsagawa ng protesta, Biyernes ng umaga.
Humingi pa ng tulong ang grupo sa mga mambabatas sa Kamara para sa paglalatag ng malinaw na polisiya para sa TNVS.
