Kumpiyansa ang mga mambabatas na maisasakatupara ang pagbabago sa Saligang Batas.

Ayon kay Albay Rep. Joel Salceda halos lahat ng mambabatas ay pumapabor sa nais ni Pangulong Duterte na amyenda sa Konstitusyon.
