Luzon Grid muling isinailalim sa yellow alert ngayong araw, July 9
Muling isinailalim ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) sa yellow alert ang Luzon Grid.
Ito ay dahil sa manipis pa ring reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon.
Ayon sa NGCP, ang pag-iral ng yellow alert mula alas 10:00 hanggang alas 11:00 ng umaga.
At alas 12:00 ng tanghali hanggang alas 4:00 ng hapon.
Mayroong available capacity ng kuryente sa Luzon na 11,172MW habang ang peak demand ay 10,466MW.
Pinapayuhan naman ng NGCP ang publiko na maging matipid sa paggamit ng kuryente lalo na sa kasagsagan ng pag-iral ng yellow alert.
