General Luna, Surigao del Norte niyanig ng M4.7 na lindol

(UPDATED) Niyanig ng magnitude 4.7 na lindol ang bayan ng General Luna sa Surigao del Norte.

Ayon sa Phivolcs, naganap ang lindol sa layong 39 kilometers Southeast ng General Santos City, alas 8:59 ng umaga ng Lunes. July 8.

May lalim na 40 kilometers at tectonic ang origin ng pagyanig.

Naitala ang Intensity II sa Surigao City bunsod ng nasabing lindol.

Nakapagtala rin ng instrumental intensity II sa Surigao City at intensity I naman sa Palo, Leyte, Borongan, Eastern Samar at sa Jamindan, Capiz.

Hindi naman ito inaasahang magdudulot ng pinsala at aftershocks.
