Nagkasa ng follow-up operation ang Novaliches Police laban sa suspek dahilan para mahuli ito.
Ayon naman sa biktima na isang studyante, naiwan niya ang susi ng motorsiklo ng iparada niya ito sa harap ng isang uka-ukay store.
Hawak na ng Novaliches Police ang suspek at nahaharap ito sa paglabay sa Republic Act of 10883 o Anti Carnapping Law.
