Dating DSWD Usec. Leyco itinalagang bagong presidente sa PLM
Itinalaga ni Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno si dating Social Welfare Undersecretary Emmanuel Leyco bilang bagong presidente ng the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
Maliban sa pagiging dating opisyal sa DSWD si Leyco ay naging professor din sa Asian Institute of Management.
Mayroon siyang Master’s sa Public Administration sa Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Master of Arts sa Organizational Psychology sa Columbia University at Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences sa De La Salle University.
Tubong Maynila din si Leyco at nag-aral sa Sampaloc Maynila mula elementarya hanggang High School.
