College student arestado sa Maynila matapos mahulihan ng marijuana

Arestado ang isang college student makaraang mahulihan ng marijuana sa Maynila.
Nakuha sa 19 anyos na estudyante na si Bryan Lokisam ang isang glass tube pipe na may lamang marijuana.
Si Lokisam ay isang culinary arts student.
Ayon sa mga tauhan ng Manila Police, nasa drugs watchlist ng pulisya angsuspek.
Mahaharap si Lokisam sa kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
